What can you Recycle?
All steel packaging is 100% recyclable. Recyclable steel containers include not just food cans, drink cans and pet food cans, but many aerosols, household and DIY product containers, tins for biscuits, sweets and spirits, and steel caps and jam jar lids.
Steel is magnetic so you can use an ordinary household magnet to check whether cans and other packaging are made of steel and can be recycled.
